Solution overview

We performed a full audit of the brand’s Klaviyo setup, identifying UX gaps, segmentation issues, and content inconsistencies. Based on this, we built a new Email Marketing Srategy — from lifecycle flows to campaign planning — and fully reworked communication design, tone of voice, and automation logic. To support quick conversions, we also introduced SMS messaging and integrated it into the brand’s promotional cycles.
